Tell us what we got wrong.
We publish findings about real companies, so we take errors seriously. Send the specific claim and something we can verify, and we will fix it, date it, and log it — whether you are the vendor, a customer, or a reader.
What to include
The more precisely you point at the error, the faster it gets fixed. A useful request has four parts:
- Where. The page URL and the exact sentence or field that is wrong.
- What. What the page currently says, and what it should say instead.
- Evidence. A link we can open, or a document you can send. Vendor terms, a pricing page, a registry filing, or a certificate all work. We cannot act on an assertion alone, from anyone.
- Who. Your name and your relationship to the company, if any. We will not publish this, but it helps us weigh the request.
If you are a vendor filling a documented gap
Several profiles note things we looked for and could not find publicly — export scope, a DPA, support hours, a legal entity name, an assurance report. If you can supply that material, send it. If it checks out, the profile and the score are updated with a dated note explaining the change.
You do not need to pay us, advertise with us, or agree with our method for this to happen.
What happens next
- We acknowledge. You get a reply confirming we have it.
- We check the source. Against the original material, not against the summary we wrote.
- We correct, and date it. The page is updated and the change is recorded in the research log with the date and the reason.
- If a score moves, we say so. Material point movement is logged with the evidence that caused it.
Where we will push back
We will not remove an accurate, sourced finding because a company would prefer it were not there. If you disagree with an interpretation rather than a fact, we would rather publish your position next to ours than delete either. Send us the statement you want recorded.
We also will not describe a company as certified, compliant, or attested without evidence of the exact claim and its scope. If you hold a current report, we would genuinely like to see it — that is a gap we would be glad to close.
Takedown and legal notices
Send legal notices to the same address, marked clearly, and include the specific statements at issue and the basis for the claim. We respond to substantiated notices, and we correct genuine errors regardless of whether a notice is sent.
10 platforms are currently documented. All findings are dated 2026-08-31 unless a profile says otherwise. Our editorial policy sets out the standards this process is held to.
